Pearl Lodging Pearl lodging provide room for rent service mainly on a monthly basis. This is to provide acommodation for the workers around the area. We offer different rates and period like on the monthly, daily or weekly, air conditioning or non air conditioning. The price of the room range from 180 to 200 per month with no air conditioning. The price include electricity and water consumption for first person. The second person would be charged additional RM 30.00. With air conditioning room, an additonal RM 150.00 would be chagred. We have units for female only. We want to create a clean and tidy place. This is to ensure a comfortable stay. We are very selective on the tenants. we prefer people refer by former tenants. On security, we are very concerned on security, our main door must always keep locked at all time. This is room for rent. sometime other people do come in and do their own thing.
